Welcome to the Alexander Park Elementary School/Ecole Alexander Park Parent Advisory Council (APES PAC) website.
We use this site for information, fundraisers, and hot lunch online ordering system.
Using online ordering makes fundraising smoother for parents, for children and for the volunteers.
APES PAC
Our Mission Statement: The APES PAC acts on behalf of all enrolled students. We are our childrens' advocates in order to facilitate the expansion of their positive learning experiences, which includes their educational, physical and cultural needs.
Our Vision Statement: The PAC holds regular monthly meetings which allows for the exchange of information and ideas between school and parent groups.

All parents of APES children are automatically members of the PAC. Please join us!

To Place An Order: You must first login and register your child(ren). Please follow the instructions below. After you are logged in you will be able to place orders for any active fundraisers.
NEVER LOGGED IN BEFORE? See the "Instructions for Getting Started" below.
Your profile (children & their teachers) will remain set up for future orders during the remainder of the 2020/2021 school year. (For privacy reasons, all accounts are deleted at the end of the year and will need to be set up again in the following school year.)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING STARTED
Register as a PARENT
Select "Click Here to Register"
After this first time you can log back in using your email address and password
The email address you provide will be used to send a reminder the day before hot lunch. If you did not place a hot lunch order for that day you will not receive an email. (You can update your email preferences at any time by going to "Edit Account Profile" once you are logged in.)
Click on "Register Now" button at the bottom
Enter all your children into the system
Click on "Students" and follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends APES
The system will automatically fill in their last name, but please edit this if their last name is not the same as yours
Place all your orders for each child
Click on "Orders" and proceed to place orders for each of your children
Register and place orders as a STAFF MEMBER:
Register per above
Use your own name as the "Student" and select "Staff" for the class
Classroom teachers: Your account has already been set up. See userID and password on info sheet from PAC
This website is continually undergoing improvement. Please contact us with any questions or problems you have with the system.
